Great news! We got a new laptop so I can start blogging again! So, I spent tonight uploading some old pics onto my laptop and I was overwhelmed by two things. One, how much I have to catch up on. And two, how much fun my life is. Every picture, every memory, every moment of my kids growing up...I couldn't stop smiling. Nothing like a stroll down memory lane to make you appreciate all that you've been given.

Life is beautiful.
The first part of that does stress me out, however. I have soooo many fun things I'd love to blog about that I've missed in my hiatus. But who wants to read about our summer vacations now that it's winter? Maybe while Tom's at school on Friday nights I'll slowly start catching up all that stuff. But for your sake- and my sanity- I'll start with now.

Right now I'm sitting upstairs, cuddled in a blanket, looking out our windows to the snow just pouring outside. It's been such a fun start to winter this last week with lots of fresh snow and even a couple of blizzardy days. My kids are LOVING it. Drew had forgotten all about snow and the first morning he woke up and saw it, he ran to the window, curiously looked out and then very excitedly said, "rain!! rain!!"

About 5 minutes later we were all outside- they couldn't even wait to eat breakfast...
Drew stepped in the snow and just could not stop giggling. Hazel thought that was pretty funny.

Can you tell they had fun??

Everything is so much more exciting with kids.
