This is going to be a loooong pregnancy...

Hazel's nightly dinner prayer:

"dear heavenly father,

thank you for the day,

have a good blessings,

please bless the food,

bless mommy to feel better,

and to just get the baby out,

name of jesus christ, amen."

Hazel's daily questions:

"mom, are we going to the hospital today?"

"is it time for the baby to come out yet? it's just taking a really long time!"

[the other day she even got so frustrated she started pushing on my stomach to get it out herself...that felt good...]

Hazel's daily game:

She curls her entire body under my shirt, pretends to be the baby in my tummy, makes dad be the doctor and pull her out. She then says only "goo-goo-ga-ga" and insists that she's hungry and needs to "eat from mom". At least she does that part over the shirt.

Hazel's new favorite pasttime:

She gets any magazine that comes in the mail (favorites are target or baby's r us) and picks out all the things we are going to buy for the baby. Essentially it's every pink item in the entire catalog. (We are going to have some issues if it's a boy).

...uh, ONLY 5 1/2 more months sweetie...
