The joy of siblings...
We had such a stereotypical "older sister, younger brother" moment at our house the other day. Drew walks down the hall and opens Hazel's door, to find her in there doing her makeup. She immediately jumps up, slams the door, and says "go away!!". I felt like I had teenagers. It was ridiculously funny. Tom said that Drew's just doing his duty of being the pesky little brother. Pesky. That is exactly what he is to her. Although the funniest part to me was that he busted her doing her makeup. At age 3.A few days later, to my amusement, Drew was at it again. Hazel has a Dora tent and she was inside reading her books peacefully. He comes sneaking over and starts climbing in the tent door. She quickly pushes him out and says "no Drewby! You can't come in here!" So he tries again. Same result. So he leaves. About 2 minutes later he comes back with the broom, sits in front of the tent, sticks the long end of the pole in the door and starts poking Hazel with it. You can imagine how thrilled she was. I, however, was dying on the floor laughing. Are little brothers born with a gene that tells them exactly how to bug their older sisters? I think they are. Drew is 1 and already knows exactly how to push her buttons. Thank goodness I never had a baby brother. I just get to watch...and laugh. (:

That is so funny! I guess I get to look forward to this in a couple of months!
Your kids are beautiful by the way :) I think I may be coming to the 801 this summer. If I do I would love to see you!!!
Love it. They are going to get more and more creative with how to bug each other, and it will be live entertainment!
