Mr. D is 4 months!
Still the sweetest little muffin on the planet, my little guy turned 4 months on the 23rd. He is my breath of fresh air and it's funny how now I can't believe I ever lived a day without him! He is SO MUCH fun! He is snuggly, smiley, sweet, adorable and has chubby cheeks- he's everything you imagine a baby to be! Love you Drew! We are so glad you are in our family!
Here are his stats:
Weight: 13lbs. 9oz. 25%
Length: 24 1/4 inches 25%
Head: 42.6cm 60%.... yeah, he's a bit of a Q-tip.
Here's what he's been up to the last month:
*He laughs the cutest perfect little baby laugh and the other day he was cracking up at Hazel singing a song. It absolutely melts my heart.
*His hair is growing in as total fuzz and sticks straight up. People always comment on his funny hair. We are all crossing our fingers that he gets Uncle Ben's baby hair!
*He rolled over (front to back) a couple weeks ago.
*He's awake for much longer periods now and is getting into a more predictable nap pattern.
*He actually likes tummy time...well, he doesn't mind it. So opposite of Hazel.
*He grew out of the baby tub and has moved on to the big tub (with a sister who insists on being the one to wash him...poor kid).
*He has graduated from his buzzy-rocker chair at night and now sleeps so much better just laying flat in his bed.
*He went from pooping about 12 times a day to once a week. Is this normal? [he's going to love reading this when he's older. (: ]
*He always has to have something in his mouth...the second the binki goes out, the hand goes in!
*He has discovered his feet and loves grabbing & playing with them.
*He loves to play with toys now and can grab things when I put them in front of him. And he's starting to really like his exersaucer.
* He LOVES to be held; he still prefers being in arms over anything else.
